We’re Lena and Jonas. Back in 2019, we took over an empty shop on this corner with a concrete floor, set up three plants from our moving boxes and hooked up a second-hand portafilter machine. Today, we have sixty plants, a small roastery and a counter where everyone knows each other.

Our philosophy can be summed up in one sentence: you can’t rush good things. We roast slowly, buy directly from the farms, bake everything ourselves and list the origins of all our ingredients on the menu. And those who stay, stay – with no time limit.
